I have a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Psychology, where I specialised in Exercise Psychology, an SNHS Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, and am a Nutritarian Life Coach. I'm also a Body Control Fitness Instructor, a YMCA Fitness Teacher, Mindfulness Coach and Menopause Researcher.
As a single, working mum, nearing 50, and going through the menopause too, I put my 'first' career as a singer/songwriter to one side to concentrate on building up Club Spirit. This 'second' career fits in better around my home life, and I've spent the last 8 years researching how to make myself, and others, feel better through the menopause.
What I've realised is that we can't keep eating, drinking and working out the same way we did in our 20's....
I'm passionate about helping women over 40 learn the right way to do all that, and feel great, in this new chapter of our lives.....

If you're over 40 and not particularly feeling menopausal yet, it can kinda creep up on you.
